    Print-on-Demand is a business model where products, in this case, apparel, are created only after an order has been placed. There's no inventory pre-stocked, making this an efficient and eco-conscious approach to retail.

How Does Galactic Threads Work?

    At Galactic Threads, we partner with Printful, a third-party service that handles the printing, packing, and shipping of our clothing. You select your design, and Printful fulfills the order. Simple as that.

How Secure is My Payment?

    We use StripeJS, a reputable third-party payment processor, to handle all financial transactions. StripeJS is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

What Information is Collected?

    We collect necessary data such as Order ID, Shopping Cart contents, and Payment Information to fulfill your orders. We also gather anonymized analytics and page visit data to enhance user experience.

How Long Will My Order Take?

    Production time varies but is generally between 2-7 business days. Shipping time is additional and will vary based on your location.

Can I Cancel My Order?

    Orders can be canceled within a specific time frame outlined in our cancellation policy. After the window has passed, cancellations are not possible due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.

How is My Data Used?

    Your data is primarily used to facilitate and improve your shopping experience, from order processing to customer service. We also use anonymized data to optimize our site and recommend products that may interest you.

Is My Data Shared?

    Data necessary for the creation and shipping of your products is shared with Printful. Payment information is processed through StripeJS. Both third parties have their privacy policies that adhere to standard data protection regulations.

Do You Ship Internationally?

    No, we don't offer international shipping. Currently we are only serving US customers, and hope to expand this in the near future.
